Reminiscent of Greek goddess’ of the past, she is draped in long flowing woven wool-also known at the time as Peplos, that gathers perfectly around her curves, tied to her arms and leaves her arms bare. 100% handmade and fully detailed, you can see the folds of her moving dress. Her thighs peek out, as she pauses to pour water from a round vase. Her hair is gathered in a tight bun but one side falls loosely over her shoulder as she bends. She places her weight on one bent knee and touches the surface of the water with her fingertips. 100% bronze and handmade, this brown patina sculpture was cast using the “Lost Wax Method” and is mounted on a round black marble base.
